    Question : Why I can't download template drivers and how to configure the database in local host?

    Answer:
    1. Check that the SQL server is installed successfully, please.

    If SQL Server is not installed and AVREPORTER database doesn’t exist then the system won’t working.

    Check the database connection settings in Realtime Device Manager module:

    You need to install IIS components in your windows operating system as you can see on the following picture:
