Does AVReporter support communication with Modbus ASCII compatible PLCs?
AVReporter only supports Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU connection. In case we want to read the registers of an ASCII compatible PLC, we can install an OPC server which supports Modbus ASCII, and then connect to the device through the OPC server indirectly.

    OPC DA connection is supported?
Yes, AVReporter supports OPC DA connection.

Does AVReporter support Pilot power meters?
Yes, AVReporter supports any Modbus TCP/IP or RTU measurement device, regardless of it's brand or measurement type (water, heat, electricity etc...). We also have a free-to-download driver for the PMAC625 measurement device. For other Pilot devices we can easily create our own drivers, by a few clicks.

I would like to get more information about report creation possibilites
AVReporter requires no IT or specialist knowledge to create reports. We provide user friendly interfaces on Web and Desktop, where the clients can quickly and easily create/customize their own reports by a few mouse clicks. I highly recommend browsing through this webpage, and also the slide show which contains some practical examples.

On the technical part: AVReporter is able to create reports from realtime-values, historical values, use it own database, or external database, data files (csv, xls). These reports can contain the raw information (e.x.: what was the voltage in a specific time period) or calculated values (e.x.: tendency how our per-product energy costs have changed in the recent months).

I would like to get more information about training possibilites
AVReporter partners receive training materials, which helps them to easily learn the software. We have training videos, an online knowledge base, forums, several documentations. AVReporter has very strong technical support, with fast reaction to e-mails.
Personal trainings are also possible at the KONsys headquarter in case it is required. We give all the neccessary tools to our partners to accelerate the learning curve.

How can i communicate M-Bus flow & heat meters?
Most often flow, heat, water meters don't support Modbus TCP/IP connection, in this case we collect impulses from these meters into PLCs. Each impulse represents the growth of the consumption.
Then we use AVReporter to connect to these registers of the PLC, which contain the measurement growth and log them into AVReporter.

How can i communicate Siemens PAC3100 profibus meters and show value realtime screens?
As far as we know, the Siemens PAC3100 measurement device also supports Modbus TCP/IP. So in this case we connect to the device a very standard way from AVReporter. The following video shows how easy it is:

However if Profibus communication is required, we have to connect it through and OPC server to AVReporter. In this case realtime value displaying is not possible, because our OPC connection only supports logging historical data at 1 minute frequency.

Is It possible to connect to ERP & production management system? All of AVReporter support this function?
Yes, we can use AVReporter to connect to specific databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, CSV file, XLS files). Then we can use the data of these databases for our cost calculations inside AVReporter.
We require AVReporter Intermediate, or Advanced version to do this.

We checked Esight Energy Management Software, what is the difference & what is the benefits AVReporter?
Esight Energy Management Software does not support realtime connection. It is a reporting software for statistical analysis, finanacial calculation, historical graph etc, but it is not usable for maintenance purposes. When there is a problem in our system (overvoltage, overcurrent, interruption relay is off) it is much harder to precisely react for the actual problem in time.
Example screen when we use AVReporter for building maintenance purposes, to show the states of the protection relays, and actual line-consumptions:
