The Modbus protocol is the primary protocol in communication, but AVReporter can connect to devices using another protocol's (for example BACnet) with OPC server. The AVR Connection Center OPC Configurator is an additional module for the AVReporter application. It aims to make the OPC Server’s data importation into the AVReporter’s database easy. The plugin can be launched from the AVReporter Desktop Manager program by selecting AVReporter settings -> Manage Plugin modules in the Application Browser and double-clicking AVR Connection Center OPC Configurator in the list of plugin modules.
